Ordering Your Portrait
Fill out the form below including details of the portrait option you would like to purchase.
I will be in touch to receive photos of your pet and discuss any specific requirements.
Timescale to complete each piece depends on the size and complexity but is generally 2 to 3 weeks. If you require completion before a certain date, please ask my availability via the form below.
To secure your commission I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Upon completion I will send you a photo of the finished painting. Full payment will be required within 14 days of the finished photo being sent. Your portrait will then be sent out for delivery.
Photography
I ask for 5/6 good quality, clear digital photographs. This allows me to get a good feel for your pets personality, colours and markings.
Postage
UK Postage is included in the price of a portrait commission.
My portraits are packaged with care and are marked as fragile to ensure a safe delivery to you.
All paintings are sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Please contact me for a quote for shipping outside of the UK.

Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions - payment of your portrait is taken as accepting these terms.
1. All artwork is original and created by the artist.
2. All copyright, media use and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.
3. Any reproduction or similar use of the artwork must be agreed with the artist in advance.
4. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is made.
5. Once completed the artist will send an image of the completed work(s) for the buyer to confirm prior to shipping.
6. Good quality reference photos must be provided at the point of booking so these can be checked for suitability.
7. The artist reserves the right to refuse to complete a portrait if not provided with suitable reference material (in which case payment will be refunded).
8. Clients are responsible for any/all customs charges and fees or other charges incurred from shipping or postage.
